Introductory Breathwork Session


Therapist will guide you through a breathwork session to help you settle into your body. This can help with stress management, relaxation, meditation, manifestation and much more. *You do not need to have any experience of breathwork. This service is for all levels. *Each session will be tailored to the needs of the client. Beginner sessions are sometimes shorter. *You will never be breathing for 30 minutes, this time includes the short introductory and time to rest and process.
