Indulge Mobile Massage

Therapist will guide you through a breathwork session to help you settle into your body. This can help with  stress management, relaxation, meditation, manifestation and much more.

*You do not need to have any experience of breathwork. This service is for all levels. 
*Each session will be tailored to the needs of the client. Beginner sessions are sometimes shorter. 
*You will never be breathing for 30 minutes, this time includes the short introductory and time to rest and process.

Introductory Breathwork Session

This is a great 30 minute session that will leave you feeling like you just had yoga done to you. Using effective stretching techniques and cupping, we will address your target areas and create a stretch session that is tailored to your needs. 

** This adds an additional 30 minutes to your massage service.

Assisted Stretching with cupping

This is a great 30 minute session that will leave you feeling like you just had yoga done to you. Using effective stretching techniques, we will address your target areas and create a stretch session that is tailored to your needs. 

** This adds an additional 30 minutes to your massage service.

Assisted Stretching

10 minutes of guided rhythmic breathing. Your therapist will guide you through a breath work mediation to help you relax, get out of your head and settle into your body before your session. This is an addition to your service; 60 min service would be a 70 minute service.

Breath work

We use hot stones in targeted areas to enhance your massage. Hot stones can aid in releasing toxins, improving sleep and relaxation, decreasing inflammation, and alleviating muscle tension.

Hot Stone

This service can be added to your massage or offered as a standalone service to assess your range of motion and help you better understand what could be causing a dysfunction structurally. This would be an addition to your service; your 60 minute service would be a 75 minute service.

Postural Assesment

ONLY AVAILABLE ON MONDAYS, TUESDAYS AND FRIDAYS! 

Our treatment based therapists blend relaxation with different massage styles to create a tailored experience meant to enhance your comfort and overall wellbeing. Together, we will focus on your whole health and find the true source of dysfunction.
